The largest Year 4 module: 38 sessions covering oral biopsy and histology, the clinical approach to oral disease, therapeutics and drug-related adverse effects, orofacial infections (bacterial, fungal, viral), salivary gland disease, TMD and orofacial pain, odontogenic cysts and tumours, head and neck swellings, oral manifestations of systemic disease, the systemically compromised patient (MRONJ, haemostasis disorders, immunosuppression, malignancy, adrenal insufficiency), oral mucosal lesions (bullous, ulcerative, white, pigmented, red, malignant transformation), maxillofacial trauma, and oral cancer.
