Year 2 Oral Surgery at the University of Birmingham. Foundations: local anaesthetic anatomy and neurophysiology, pharmacology, equipment and techniques, precautions and emergencies. Plus introduction to oral surgery, principles of tooth extraction and minor oral surgery, biomaterials, endocarditis/anticoagulants/MRONJ considerations, acute oro-facial infections, and analgesics and antibiotics.
